An endearing tale about a young girl who
encounters a mischievous water sprite, the
Tokoloshe, and develops a close and
trusting relationship that shapes her destiny.
It's a tale of fun, magic and adventure which
also has a strong environmental theme. The
orphan Thandi and her impish Tokoloshe are
a formidable force for good against the evil
plotting of her avaricious grandmother who
plans to marry her off to a rich scoundrel.
