WORLD CHAMPION LIT QUIZ KIDS
Manor Gardens Primary School from Durban,
South Africa held an assembly to celebrate
the gift of reading and to honor their Lit Quiz
World Champions, Alex Breckenridge, Sarah Herrington, Matthew Robbins and Emily
Spencer.
Isobel Sobey and Linda Spencer
were the team coaches.The assembly was
held on the 1 August 2011 and the finals took
place in Hamilton, New
Zealand.

The Children of the Wilderness visit an Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife Snake Park to learn about non-poisonous snakes.

HIPPOS
The Children of the Wilderness learn about the adventures of Huberta the Hippo and visit the iSimangaliso Wetland Park World Heritage site to look at hippos and crocodiles.

CORALS
The Children of the Wilderness go to uShaka to learn about corals and later take to the water for some snorkeling to witness the fascinating world along coral reefs.

The Children of the Wilderness visit the uKhahlamba Drakensberg World Heritage Site to learn about the San Bushmen and their rock art.
